How to reset your portal password

Use the "forgot password" link on the portal login to reset your password by email, then sign back in to your workspace.

If you cannot sign in, reset your password from the portal login page using the "forgot password" link. You will receive an email to set a new password, then you can sign back in to your client workspace.
